Desco applied a durable waterproofing membrane to protect the mechanical room at the Centennial Center. The building managers wanted to ensure that their building would remain in top notch condition in the event of a burst pipe or just a minor spill. Any cracks or failed coatings could mean a leaky ceiling for their tenants below.
